I have different cheeses delivered weekly - some I fetch directly from the dairy!  The majority I have in all the time, others less frequently,  depending on demand. Prices do vary but the quality is always assured!

A fantastic cheese, with texture and taste - made by the Clarke family in Leicestershire. Well matured and nutty - very different to the supermarket variety!

What can we say?! A fabulous creamy Brie, washed in perry, from Gloucestershire, with a strong aroma…..are you up for the challenge?!

 

Dambuster   v                                             1.55 per 100g

   A sharp clean tasting Cheddar from Market Rasen. A real Bomber of a cheese!   

 

Smoked Warwickshire Truckle   v            1.78 per 100g

From Long Clawson dairy in Leicestershire -contains port and brandy,

Mrs Temple`s Alpine                                   1.75 per 100g

A new arrival at the Temple dairy in North Norfolk. Made from their own Swiss Brown herd, this cheese is reminiscent of a firm Alpine cheese, with a hint of sweetness and some holes! 

 

Organic Cornish Brie   v                            1.47 per 100g

Creamy and mild flavoured - delicious!

 

Tewkesbury Mustard and Horseradish v 1.52 per 100g

A Double Gloucester with hot mustard and horseradish added to produce a really hot blend!

Little Derby    v                                           1.74 per 100g

Dating back to 1675, cellar matured for between 20 and 30 weeks, and washed in red wine. Tastes like a medium Cheddar, and has a slightly lower fat content

Colston Bassett Stilton   v                         1.30 per 100g

 The King of Cheeses - creamy and sharp, and it`s local!

 

Shropshire Blue    v                                    1.35 per 100g

 A great alternative to Stilton, and also made in Nottinghamshire. Smooth with a spicy tang

 

Lincoln Blue   v                                          1.76 per 100g

 A lovely local soft blue, encased in wax. An English translation of Gorgonzola but even better!

 

Yorkshire Blue v                                      1.91 per 100g

 A fantastic soft blue cows milk cheese from Yorkshire - really gets the taste- buds going!

 

Cotehill Blue - unpasteurised -               2.09 per 100g

 A semi- soft blue from Lincolnshire with a bit of a crust, a lovely creamy texture and rounded flavour - a Silver Medal winner at the Nantwich Cheese Show!
